OUR PROCESS
From the first drawing to the finished product, we bring design, materials, and craftsmanship together with care at every step.
Drawing on European trends, our in-house team’s creativity, and our clients’ needs, we develop ideas into patterns and color palettes, giving each design its own expression.
Our designers break down each drawing into subtle shades, refining light, shadow, and highlights before translating it into a digital embroidery file. From the overall composition to the smallest details, we prepare each design for the depth and texture of thread.
We select threads and match colors to the artwork and base fabric, considering color, sheen, and touch. We use OEKO-TEX® and GRS-certified materials, bringing thoughtful material choices into the design process.
Through embroidery sampling, flat drawings take on texture and dimension. Our in-house embroidery workshop keeps design and production closely connected. We also value the people behind every piece, providing fair wages and a safe, clean working environment.
From wall art and cushions to tote bags, we explore how each design can take shape across different products, guided by our clients’ brand identities and needs. Cutting and sewing then transform the embroidery into finished pieces for everyday living.
Six key quality checkpoints cover the journey from incoming yarn to finished goods. All raw materials, cut panels, embroidered panels, and finished products are inspected, with first-piece samples checked against export quality standards. We complete each order with customized packaging and ship only after it passes inspection.
